SOZIN FAQ — Orders, Returns & Support


Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please double-check the Size Guide before purchasing. We can’t offer returns or exchanges for size errors made during checkout.


What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or a printing issue, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just email us within 7 days of delivery.


How do I report a problem with my order?

Email support@sozinworld.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days.


How long does it take to get a replacement?

Once your request is approved, your item will be reprinted and shipped within 7–10 business days.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel orders once they’re submitted. Every piece begins production shortly after purchase.


Why does SOZIN use made-to-order production?

Because we don’t mass produce. Every piece is made with intention, one order at a time. It’s slower—but more sacred.
