❓Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
❓What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check the Size Guide before purchasing. We can’t offer returns or exchanges for size errors made during checkout.
❓What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or a printing issue, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just email us within 7 days of delivery.
❓How do I report a problem with my order?

We’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
❓How long does it take to get a replacement?
Once your request is approved, your item will be reprinted and shipped within 7–10 business days.
❓Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel orders once they’re submitted. Every piece begins production shortly after purchase.
❓Why does SOZIN use made-to-order production?
Because we don’t mass produce. Every piece is made with intention, one order at a time. It’s slower—but more sacred.
