SOZIN Return & Issue Policy

At SOZIN, each piece is made to order with precision and intention. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.


🔁 Eligible Issues for Replacements

If your order arrives with:

  • Incorrect size (sent different from what you ordered)

  • Wrong item

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Printing error

  • Noticeable damage on arrival

…you’re fully covered. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.


📦 Reporting a Problem

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item and issue

    • A short description of what’s wrong

⚠️ What We Can’t Accept

Due to our made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • General wear & tear over time

⏳ Processing Replacements

Once approved, replacements are processed and reprinted within 3–5 business days, and typically ship within 7–10 days depending on your location.
